I didn’t have any bells, but I did go home! I went to Fox Harbour to spend Christmas with my family on December 22 and returned yesterday. I really enjoyed spending time with Mom and Dad, and my Aunts’ Lucy and Loretta. We also had some surprise visitors that I hadn’t seen for a few years. I missed having Grace around but was really lucky that my landlord Monica took great care of her while I was gone (She even did a stocking for Grace and one for me! plus presents! #spoiled)
My Mom of course treated us all to baked goods, cheese balls, turkey dinner and the works. My Aunt made my favorite pea soup which I ate way too much of lol. I got to spend some quality time with Dad in the shed working on a snowmobile which I really missed, we make such a great team. I wish I could go home more often.
Here’s some photos from my December. I’ll be doing another post on New Years Day. Love to you all.

Is that you can get so damn creative with them. I really don’t mind needles, at all. Bloodwork is a breeze, and I’m now on my….*counts* 12th tattoo. Also, there’s the fact that you can put a bit of thread in them, and create some pretty neat things. My first ever embroidery is the flowers stitched below. Second, the mountains and moon. Third, the silent night. And fourth (done tonight) is the black moon and stars on ivory glittery felt. It’s really therapeutic. Who knew I would love stabbing things this much.
Ok I’m done being punny now. Hope you’re all having a good weekend!
