That time I fed a bear.

Heartsongs: sometimes it’s just a really fucked up rhythm. Always going after what it wants no matter the consequences, then doubting, then regretting, then making peace, settling, being happy, wondering, and maybe even turning back to regret. Heartsongs, no two are alike. But isn’t that the beauty of it?

It’s been almost a full month since my last post. In that time I’ve travelled back to the south coast on vacation, spent way too much money on tires for my truck, and taken a few good photos (my favorite being the bears I saw on my drive to and from the south coast of Labrador).

Did I mention I’ve also been doing an online course on poetry writing? I have to say, I’m dominating it – haha.

Grace is by my side eagerly waiting for me to take her for a walk, so I better oblige. Here’s a few photos from the last month — where has the time gone?

Love always,

P.S. Here’s a song for good measure.
