If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be and why? Would you take anyone with you?

I’d like to spend a week bumming around Norway. Why? Because it’s beautiful and so different from where I am now. I’d want to take a friend for sure – someone who would love to photograph everything like I would!

Black fountain pen.

Favourite month and why?

December. Because the snow is just starting to stick to the ground, and there’s electricity and excitement in the air about Christmas, and I love all of the lights.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a really bad one. Well, that’s not true. There were some really trying moments at the youth centre I worked at for a year.

I had hit a rough patch in my life back in 2006. I decided after one particularly hard day that the show must go on. No matter what life had to throw at me, I had to keep going forever, for as long as I could. Travelling Infinity.

Earliest moment in your life you can remember?

I can remember being very sick as a child growing up in Hills Harbour. I remember one night I had a really bad fever and I was lying in my bed, drifting in and out of consciousness, watching my Dad in the doorway of the house (it was open to cool the house down) and he looked panicked. I remember seeing a boat all lit up out in the bay through a crack in the doorway, and I remember the radio was playing some kind of classical music in the background.

Good question.. I think I had a panini from Tim’s
