Title inspired by Holocene, Bon Iver. I’ve been listening to a lot of Bon Iver lately and this song just seemed to fit today.
So I’m just capping off a long weekend now, took a drive down to the place which I term the ‘second dock’. I tweeted some photos when I was down there and promised I would upload a few more to here. Funny, when I was done taking pictures I turned around and there was a baby black bear behind me! Now, I’m petrified of bears, but for some reason this one didn’t cause me to have a breakdown. I remained very calm and he just ran in through the trees and went about his/her business. I wouldn’t get out of my car again out of fear that Mama bear might be around too.
Anyways, here’s some photos from today. Wish I had gotten a pic of little bear but he was just too fast for my iPhone lol.
